As part of Crédit Agricole Group, Azqore operates under the Group Ethics Charter established in 2017, which lets staff report wrongdoing with confidence. Reports are made through the BKMS® platform, with anonymity and confidentiality protected through encrypted, secure storage.
The Compliance function exists to prevent legal, financial, and reputational harm from regulatory breaches. It is guided by three foundational documents: the Group Ethics Charter, entity-level Codes of Conduct, and the FIDES Corpus.
Crédit Agricole Group provides bilingual compliance training covering a broad range of topics, including six e-learning modules on anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing, sanctions, fraud, customer protection, and anti-corruption — aimed at building ethical awareness at every level of the organisation.
